Ledgaa was built on a simple observation: business owners already know their numbers in their head. What they lack is somewhere reliable to put them, and something credible to show when someone asks to see them.
Most business software asks a business owner to become something else first. Pick a category, choose a chart of accounts, remember what a debit is. For a shop owner closing up at the end of a long day, that is exactly backwards, and it is why the records never get kept.
Ledgaa starts from the sentence a business owner would already say out loud: "Sold two bags of rice, forty eight thousand, cash." It understands that sentence, confirms it back in plain language, and quietly builds a real record behind it. Nothing is ever recorded without an explicit yes from the person who said it. That record is what lets you answer "did I make money today" without guessing, and put something real in front of a lender, a buyer or a partner instead of asking to be taken at your word.

Your data stays yours
Most of what you type is understood on our own servers and goes no further. When a message is unusual enough to need a language model to read it, we send that message along with the names of your products and customers so it can recognise them, and nothing more: no balances, no history, no amounts you did not just type.
